Steve and Caitlyn’s Stunning Wine Country Wedding | Santa Rosa, Ca

There’s nothing more romantic than a destination wedding in California’s scenic Wine Country.
Steve and Caitlyn are romantics at heart, and there was no better place to celebrate their union than at Vintners Resort in Sonoma, California. Boasting 92 acres of lush vineyards, wine enthusiasts and outdoor lovers alike can revel in the lush greenery, gardens, wildlife, and wildflowers that adorn the property. Vintners Resort also has a number of picturesque spots, such as European-inspired houses with creeping vine trellises, and wooden arches that are perfect for wedding days.
The Big Day
The bride and groom as well as their entourage prepared for their Big Day at the Vintners Resort, where they also held their ceremony. Before the wedding proper, Caitlyn and her bridal entourage enjoyed having precious girl time while enjoying wine and charcuterie before officially becoming Steven’s bride.
Caitlyn looked radiant in a dress by Bride To Be Couture. The sheath-style dress featured a lace overlay with intricate beading, and a diamond-shaped cutout at the back to add a unique twist to a traditional silhouette. Caitlyn’s hair was done in a soft updo to show off her soft, blonde curls, and was done by Heather Romero of The Powder Room, who also did her bridal makeup.
Caitlyn’s beaming mother wore an elegant one-shoulder dress in a light blue color with a hint of shimmer. The bridal entourage all wore scarlet red dresses to keep the theme simple and elegant. The colorful bouquets featured orange, white, blue, and pink blooms that added cheer to the bride and her entourage.
Steve opted to wear a three-piece tuxedo in navy blue and beige to break from the traditional color scheme of black and white. The beige vest and a blue paisley necktie completed the entire look. In contrast to Steve’s outfit, his groomsmen wore beige tuxedos with matching navy blue vests, and all wore identical blue and white striped neckties. Steve’s mother wore an elegant off-shoulder dress with a sweetheart neckline in dark grey, with intricate beaded floral details on it.
The couple said their “I do’s” under a wooden canopy decorated with fresh blooms surrounded by their friends and loved ones at the Vintner Resort grounds. Emotions were running high as Steven and Caitlyn exchanged vows and officially became man and wife.
The Reception
Steve and Caitlyn celebrated their wedding reception at the Rose Ballroom on the Vintners Resort grounds. After a sumptuous dinner catered by John Ash & Co., the bride and groom cut the cake. It was a simple two-layer cake by Erin Manly of Rassasy Cakes with white fondant icing, and delicate flowers and herbs embellishing both layers.
Steve and Caitlyn enjoyed their first dance, which was an intimate celebration of their love. By the end of the night, people made their way to the dance floor as AMS Entertainment’s DJ provided the tunes to get everyone in the mood for an unforgettable wedding night.
